WOQMA is a brand owned and operated by Flanfer Enterprises Private Limited.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of [yourstore.com] (the "Site"), operated by Flanfer Enterprises Private Limited, trading as "WOQMA" ("WOQMA", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Account
• You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian, to place an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
• In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund; we shall not be liable for any loss beyond the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order at our discretion.
• Colours, sizes, and packaging shown on the Site may vary slightly from the actual product due to manufacturing variance, screen display settings, or photography such minor variance does not constitute a defect.
3. Orders & Payment
• Orders are processed through our third-party payment gateway partners; we do not store your full card/payment credentials.
• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS from us. A confirmation does not guarantee dispatch, which remains subject to stock availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorised or illegal activity, or in case of pricing/system errors, with a full refund of any amount paid for that order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and someone is available to receive the order.
• Please refer to our Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy for the process to report delivery issues, including the mandatory 24-hour reporting window and unboxing-video requirement.
5. Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations
All refund, replacement, and cancellation requests are governed exclusively by our separate Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy, published on the Site, which forms part of these Terms. In case of any conflict between that Policy and general expectations of the customer not reflected in writing, the published Policy shall prevail.
6. Intellectual Property

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond those which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WOQMA, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data (such as name, contact details, shipping address, order history, and payment-related metadata) to fulfil orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. Our Site is hosted on the Shopify platform, and we rely on Shopify and its integrated third-party service providers (including payment gateways, shipping/logistics partners, analytics, and marketing tools) to process this data on our behalf, in accordance with their respective privacy and security practices.
